These special offer admission vouchers are only valid to use between Saturday 25 October 2025 and Friday 27 March 2026 (inclusive), excluding Sunday 15 March. If admission vouchers are not used within this period, no refund will be given and admission vouchers cannot be exchanged or extended under any circumstances.
This half price offer is only valid for a one adult and one child admission voucher, and a two adult admission voucher. Special offer vouchers only available to purchase online until midnight on Tuesday 21 October 2025 and during our Christmas Market offer between Thursday 27 November to midnight 30 November 2026.
Please note that every year we close in order to undertake vital maintenance and development projects. The dates that we will be closed for this work will be Monday 17 November - Friday 12 December, Wednesday 25 - Thursday 26 December, and Tuesday 6 January - Friday 13 February 2026.
